An assessment day is recommended to better understand training needs.   Subsequent single or multi-day plans introduce skills at a manageable pace. 

Refreshers Plans 

For people who need to "dust off" exisiting skills these plans focus on updating knowledge on specific manoeuvers or for example, navigational systems.
